Taj Lands End

Breakfast was served at three places to to high occupancy of Hotel. Quality was good.

It created mess for families as they had to move around for breakfast.

Friendliness, cleanliness, location.

Everything - was perfect, and the services were fantastic! My aged mom had couple of incidents which the staff immediately addressed and they gave good attention to. Excellent security too.

I think directly above the room was probably a utilities passageway or something similar as it would get quite noisy late in the night, early morning etc. I asked about this at guest services and they informed that no, it’s just a regular room like one I was in but the sounds like cart rolling (a heavy suitcase would not be rolled around that long and so regularly I think). They offered to change room but it would have been in different side of hotel with different view which I didn’t want as my mother would have got very bored. Somehow the internet was not as good/ strong as the last time I had stayed there (few months back), and I had to connect to hotspot on my phone

Poor service and poor customer focus of restaurant staff - I found them to be unfocused, not looking at the customers, and not giving room/ 1st opportunity to walk around narrow areas. On many occasions, the restaurant staff bumped into me and almost dropped food onto me. I found them not customer-focused, not realizing that customers are walking around and carrying food. I noticed this on all 4 days.
