Excellent hotel with genuine efforts taken for great interior, comfort, cleanliness. I am sure this brand will grow into a great hotels in no time. I would like to be a repeat customer and stick to this brand!

Had a good stay, hotel location is well connected, rooms are neat and clean but in-room dining quality can be improved

I chose this hotel expecting a quiet and comfortable stay, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I stayed for five nights, and not a single night was restful. On arrival at around 3 AM, the first room I was shown had a strong urine smell in the washroom. I immediately requested a change, which the staff provided. However, the second room turned out to be located next to the main kitchen, which operates 24/7. Throughout the night, there were constant loud noises including utensils clattering, heavy thumps, and sounds like objects falling. Sleep was repeatedly disturbed. The night shift staff member was rude and unwelcoming, and our check-in experience had already been unpleasant. He responded with sarcasm and showed little understanding of basic hospitality, which made it clear that raising further concerns with him would not be helpful. We chose to wait until the next morning to speak with someone more empathetic and reasonable. The next morning, the hotel manager handled the situation professionally. He was courteous, apologetic, and arranged another room. While the room itself was better, it faced another issue. Around 3 AM, loud traffic noise from bikers outside came through due to poor window insulation. Again, sleep was disrupted. By this point, we had already extended our stay, so changing hotels was not an option. We were then moved again due to room category adjustments. Unfortunately, the room next to ours was assigned to a large group despite informing the staff that we had not slept for two nights. This showed a clear lack of coordination and consideration for guest comfort. The group next door was extremely noisy, arriving late at night, banging doors, and speaking loudly. Additionally, the hotel’s open, community-style layout encourages late-night conversations in common areas, which further adds to the noise. Even mornings were disturbed by guests leaving for breakfast and shutting doors loudly. The walls are thin, so conversations, TV sounds, and phone calls from neighboring rooms are easily heard. The bathroom design also adds to the discomfort. The translucent window allows light to pass through, meaning if one person uses the bathroom at night, it disturbs the other. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The area is chaotic, with little control over noise. Children played loud videos, and the environment felt more like a crowded public space than a hotel dining area. The food quality was below average. Items like dosa were undercooked and lacked proper texture, and the gravies had an unusual taste. Overall, the hotel’s design seems targeted at a younger, modern audience, but the actual guest profile does not align with this concept, leading to a mismatch in experience. The result is a noisy, chaotic environment with very little emphasis on comfort or rest. While the manager did make an effort to resolve issues and even offered a complimentary breakfast, the fundamental problems with noise, design, and overall guest experience remain. This property is not suitable for anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.
