Housekeeping service is excellent..

I think everything is good

Clean property. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Charges are slightly higher compared to other same level properties.

We had booked well in advance , reached at 3:30 PM . Our details were already with hotel as we stay quite often , still the staff at reception was very very slow and made us wait for more than 20 mins min . Secondly had two rooms in which second was for our daughter in single occupancy . So it should have been on same floor atleast if not adjoining . But ours was on 2nd floor and my daughter’s room was on 6th floor . You must know — she couldn’t come to our room —- we had few things in each others bags or need medicine or just want to visit other family members room —- which we couldn’t . And then staff said if u want adjoining or same floor it will take another 20 mins mins . We already had come from Pune by road with 4 hrs tiring journey . Had to rush to one function . And even around 4 pm you can’t give rooms . Checkin process being done very slowly — may be an intern .. no manager around .
