Nice breakfast, modern rooms and interiors. The staff were very helpful. My Alipay was not working properly, and one member of staff even helped resolve the issue using his own money — extremely customer-focused! The spa facilities were also very nice.

It would be nice to have a couple of tea bags available in the room. In the steam room, the steam comes out from underneath the bench, which makes it uncomfortable to keep your legs down. It would also be good to have a better-equipped gym.

The hotel is great! Amazing location, great amenities. But what stood out for us even more was the hospitality. They have Great staff. They very polite even when our baggage was too much. We were helped to get a bigger car for the airport where our DiDi app wasn’t giving us the option to. From day one at checkin the politeness and professionalism of each and every staff members was outstanding. It’s a great place to stay

The bed is incredible! I never slept that well in a hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful and the breakfast is good and with plenty of choice. Metro station right in front of the hotel and you can also leave the city bikes there.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good service

It really lacked late night snacks, food and essentials. A vending machine near the gym would have got me through. Just felt underresourced for late night jet lag gym sessions.
