I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment. First, I had to figure out the check-in process by contacting the 902 Residential Room. They gave me another number, and I ended up waiting for two hours in 5°C weather early in the morning. The property does not have a proper reception area—just a small sofa with two seats. Initially, they assigned me room 425, but after about 60 minutes, I was told it was a mistake and had to move to room 805. I asked for some time since my wife and son were sleeping after a long night journey. Then, unexpectedly, a staff member entered the room and insisted I move immediately. It was extremely embarrassing to have someone enter without permission, especially since they have the door password. Finally, I had to shift again. Overall, the staff were completely unprofessional, and the check-in process was chaotic and stressful.

Can't say anything bad about this place as we were lucky to find such a gem of a hotel. We would be booking here again whenever we are in Beijing.
