If you are after luxury this isn’t place for you, however if you want somewhere for few days that is basic, but clean in

Very handy for Chantilly, clean, nice staff & great value for money. Nice bakery, supermarket & Chinese buffet restaurant right across the road

Good value within reach of Chantilly

We got exactly what we needed: a decent price for a room and breakfast. The motel is within walking distance of the centre of town, and it's easy to get taxis or ubers. The room was comfortable, and clean.

There was a downpipe right outside our room, so on a night it rained we didn't get much sleep as it was loud.

Property was just outside the main village, good stores around for supermarket items. Can walk into town in around 15min

Disappointing and not the level of accommodation I would pay for that price.

The staff were friendly.

I was not given wifi, despite having this on my order. I travelled for work.....but couldn't do any work which did not go down well with my team. The curtains were so thin and not even any privacy, light came in and didn't work.Towels were tiny and not big enough for adult, especially when the curtains were poor. In addition the light outside the window was on all night The sink drain stank The lights were poor and did not light up the bedroom

Dirty room. Someone else's hair on the walls in the bathroom. Blockage in the sink and bathroom, the smell is disgus

The castle is near by car. There is nice restaurant 3 minutes by car. Near there is a good shop and a nice bakery. That all what is good in there!

Ok for a sleepover but noisy.

Nice clean room, with good decor. Breakfast was nice, good selection of items on offer.

The room had virtually no insulation from the adjacent rooms or the outside environment. It is surrounded by jet car washes that are a constant intrusion, late into the evening and early morning.

Front desk staff was nice. Chantilly is a beautiful town!

The inside of the toilet bowl was incredibly dirty. Mattress was very uncomfortable and there were stains on the floor and sink.

We were welcomed on arrival. Decided not to stay. Whilst not expecting to get our money back, I asked to have a refund on the breakfast we wouldn't be eating. This was given without question

The whole place had seen better days. We asked for dinner but we're told it was closed. We were told there might be "something to eat further down the road, not too much of a walk" . We booked because we knew having travelled all day, we would need an evening meal . Breakfast was extra. The room smelt damp and dirty and cramped. We did not feel comfortable or safe to stay there decided to leave without staying the night.
