The Liwan Hotel

My stay in this hotel was exceptional. I tried several hotels in Amman but this is the best hotel so far. Every thing was as I expected and more. My wife and children were extremely happy and loved the stay in the hotel

Nothing at all, I do not remember any thing that I did not like in the hotel.

The best ever I enjoy in Amman. Super staff, prime location and relaxing atmosphere.

The Liwan as our ultimate hospitality destination in Amman. The property enjoys prime location surrounded with all facilities and services a tourist may need. The staff are exceptionally friendly and cooperative. The Liwan provides amazing atmosphere to relax and enjoy your stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is a very pleasant place and my room was spacious and clean.

I paid for the room via Booking.com the morning of arrival (1 night stay) and then the hotel charged my card the next day (day of departure). I pointed this error out immediately to the hotel front desk but they said no, they hadn't received payment from Booking.com. After talking to Booking.com many times they told me that the hotel will refund the payment that they (the hotel) charged to my card. Almost a month has passed and I have been in contact with the hotel every week. They assure me the refund is coming , but nothing has come back to my card yet. I don't understand the delay. They say it is the credit card company's delay which is nonsense as the payment card was Revolut. I am hugely disappointed in the way that this overpayment has been handled/dodged and for this reason, sadly, I find it very hard to recommend a stay here. The staff at the hotel seemed efficient and competent but clearly this is not the case when it comes to the admin/accounting staff. Because of the outrageous delay in refunding the overcharging of a 1 night stay I doubt I would stay here again. This is not the way to run a hotel.
