    The staff are nice and polite. Safety wise, recommended for a single ladies traveling. The staffs are good in communicating in english, especially for non-arabic guest like me.

    Our stay at Golden Plaza was wonderful! Very comfortable and spacious rooms and free breakfast to go with it. The front desk were very helpful and even helped us register our stay with immigration. Would highly recommend!

    We stayed here for one night during our visit to Amman, and sadly, the experience was quite disappointing. The room was poorly maintained — the toilet was very dirty, the sink was blocked, and the wardrobe was unusable with no hangers provided. The air conditioning didn’t work properly on a hot summer night, making it very difficult for our child to sleep. We couldn’t sleep for half the night ourselves. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, and we were too exhausted after a long day to go down and complain in person. Breakfast was very basic, overly salty, and unappetizing — we nearly felt sick eating it, and our daughter couldn’t eat anything at all. While the parking area was convenient, it was located behind the building and not clean. On a positive note, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, that couldn’t make up for the poor room conditions. We would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a restful and clean stay.
