Lovely Hotel and Staff.Very little sleep the air conditioning unit start buzzing from 6am every 5 minutes. We phoned reception and they sent a member of staff up who couldn't do anything. We got an apology when checking out

Hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable rooms. It could benefit greatly by staff training, breakfast was busy and chaotic, tables not being cleared, had to ask for numerous items, restocking was very slow, no member of staff came to see if we needed anything, no cups, no teaspoons, no napkins. Hot food was very good however.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. The first was about 16 years ago and I was in awe with it. I have stayed twice recently and I cannot believe how much the hotel has gone down. It looks shabby from the outside, seriously in need of a paint. However, the rooms are really spacious and beautifully decorated. We were left one bottle of water for two people.
