We can’t wait to go back, easily our new favourite place in Ireland.

The property is absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and was lovelier than we could have imagined or expected! They have thought of everything, the attention to detail is just unbelievable and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud! You will also wake up and be able to look out on their gorgeous farm and hear some moos and baaas too!

There is nothing we didn’t love, we just wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely short weekend trip in Trim for Púca Festival.

Beautiful location and very comfortable and stylish property. Host was kind to provide some milk, butter, eggs and bread including marmalade and jam which was a really nice touch for breakfast.

Country scenery in your own chalet

The chalet is a mini-house on a farm just outside of Trim. There is an open space which includes living space, eating area, and kitchen. We opted for a single bedroom but were put in a two bedroom. One bedroom was ensuite while the other had access to the common bath. The host was very attentive and made sure we were set up for the night. Wished we could have spent two nights here because it was very relaxing.

The instant hot water heater located in the kitchen was quite loud when hot water was running. Other than that, everything was very nice.

The property was beautiful. The staff were friendly and available for any needs. The beds were huge and comfy. They had all kitchen needs and more. This exceeded my expectations and I cant wait to return one day.

Perfect space in a perfect place!

We loved the Boyne View house and all its amenities. The beds were very comfortable and we had a wonderful night’s sleep. We regret we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home away from home on the farm.

Absolutely worth every penny we wouldnlive to come back one day it was the perfect getaway from busy Dublin.

Absolutely stunning location away from everything. The decor the cleanliness the kitchen was fully equipped and the owners left fresh milk eggs bread and some jams for our breakfast such a lovely thing to do.

Nothing really but one thing I wish there was a hair dryer I couldn’t find one.

Country Gem!

I normally don't write reviews, but Boyneview House self-catering accommodation is just exceptional. We arrived at our accommodation on Friday, 15th of August 2025, for a family reunion. A very pleasant and warm lady of the house met us and wecomed us. She had the curtains drawn for us to keep the accommodation cool as it was a particularly hot evening. Deirdre said it was the smallest of the lodges, but by anyone's standards, it was indeed very spacious and spotless. The accommodation was very well equipped from all electrical appliances, cooking utilities, ample towels, a first aid kit, and well maintained outdoor spaces. The kitchen was also well stocked with milk ,bread tea ,jams butter, and lovely fresh eggs, so we certainly enjoyed that! A few features we took particularly notice of ,the large windows opened out slightly, which meant accommodation could be safety ventilation for the day if unoccupied. The outside space was beautiful, and the decking table ,chairs, and the potted plants were fabulous. Other guests were also enjoying their stay, and everyone was very friendly ,it was almost like a community. A final note we took our dog and he too enjoyed his stay with the beautiful walk up the drive which is more than 1km. It is most welcome to have an accommodation of this standard that is so dog friendly. We would certainly without reservation Boyneview House, and we wish the family continued success. They deserve it.

Very clean. Owner welcomed us on arrival and showed us everything. Our accommodation was very smart and bright. They even provided a ramp to the entrance as one of us has mobility problems.

The host gave us a warm welcome and even left us some homemade jam. I have to praise how well they hosted and received us. The nature around the property, as well as the ranch that belongs to it, is beautifully maintained. The property is neat and clean.

Cosy, clean and comfortable - would stay again.

Beautiful location, lovely cows to greet you, two dogs to pat and some jams, bread and eggs for breakfast. The most comfortable bed too, clean and a luxe bathroom with exhaust fan.

We couldn’t figure out the sensor on the bathroom’s exhaust fan. It was the only thing - everything else was perfection.

A peaceful holiday

The Lodge was warm with comfortable beds, and we were given a helpful welcome pack on arrival. Our hosts were very accommodating. Well kept grounds with views over fields.

Very little we did not like. Would have liked a plastic glass for use in the shower room. Some guidance for those things that are acceptable for recycling would be good. It seems that recycling can be more restricted in some areas than we are used to. A chair in the bedroom would be helpful too.

Perfect stay, in the perfect setting.

We stayed in Danu Lodge, which is self-catering. Everywhere, inside and out, was immaculate. The lodges are in a beautiful setting, with everything you may need for your stay provided. A welcome pack of, milk, bread, butter, eggs, jam and marmalade, was another lovely touch. Just perfect for us.

I was looking for a quiet place with some character. I stayed in the main house which had the (immense) charm of an older residence but with modern conveniences. Being a bit outside of Trim on a farm, it offered the perfect setting I was looking for.

Excellent accommodation in a lovely rural setting

We spent 3 nights in one of the beautiful, modern lodges. It was extremely well equipped and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail - including some unexpected basics (milk, bread, eggs, butter & jams). Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of interesting sites to visit locally. We would love to return and would definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic self contained lodge in beautiful countryside

We absolutely loved this place! Stayed in a gorgeous little lodge overlooking beautiful farmland and cows. Fabulous, friendly hosts who even us left breakfast provisions. The huge bed was so comfortable and lodge beautifully decorated with all the facilities we needed. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!!
