The property has a good feel to it - it classic and stately in European design but its also interesting, the pool is heated, big and great, no one feels they are in an environment encroached by too many people.
There was nothing I didn’t - my wife and I have returned to this property,
This trip the fourth time.

Great breakfast and pool area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely suite in the Villa de Este building.
Booked this because it says adults only. No children allowed on the Booking.com listing however this is not true and needs to be changed. There were children in the pool playing ball games and jumping in from the sides. Only spoken to on our 3rd day after a complaint. Also says no pets. There was a dog in the pool on one occasion! Then wet sitting on sun lounge cushions. Yuck!!

nice view. Very friendly people.
Spa was broken and you have even to pay for it. Food was 2Stars. In the room no mini bar… QR code did not work. No Music Box… Bed very unconfortable. It feels more like a very good 3Star Hotel. Not even close to a real 5Star Hotel.
