Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.

The room was comfortable and the location was pleasant - nice and quiet though it is a large hotel and was busy the weekend we stayed.
The hotel was busy and the pool was full at the times we wanted to use it so were not able to do so.

Friendly staff and good location.
It was more like a conference venue than hotel… this was not clear from the listing.expensive for what it delivers.

The staff were generally excellent and very helpful.
The pool and jacuzzi were great.
The food was generally reasonable although I have never been so disappointed by a panna cotta in my entire life. It was more like angel delight, which for £8 is a bit of a cheek.
Lots of issues in our room. Pillows were stained and grubby. They key didn't work adter the first day. The phone didn't work. Toiletries were poor quality for a 4 star hotel there was no dispenser fitted in the shower and no moisturiser. . There was no water provided in the room at all and it was a long walk to fill a water bottle. Not even a glass was provided. Everything felt as though it had been cut to the bare minimum so it certainly didn't feel like a 4 star hotel.
