Our stay at the Royal Queens Hotel Singapore was wonderful! We truly enjoyed everything. The service was excellent, and the front desk team—especially Inga—was absolutely amazing and very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we especially appreciated the extra bed for our child. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Easy to find by metro.

The hotel needs a bit of care. Swimming pool has some tiles missing. In general good, but needs a little bit of maintenance.

The staff is amazing, kind and supportive!

The bathroom needs to be renovated immediately. The base of the bathtubs was sinking, and I do not believe my 56kg where the cause of it. There is also mold. Water goes everywhere when you shower.
