Loooved the breakfast buffet everyone was so nice and the room was amazing

Liked the ‘jungle theme’ particularly at night. Breakfast was good, location was good.

There was No aircon anywhere in the downstairs of the hotel, the reception area was stuffy, after arriving at 12.00 , although we knew the rooms weren’t ready we were hot and tired and it was 38 degrees and there was literally no where to go to get cool which has never happened in any other hotel we have been to. However the staff were pleasant.

I really enjoyed my stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Alcudia. The location is excellent, right next to a gorgeous beach. The hotel is also very well connected, with a public transport stop nearby offering convenient access to and from the airport. Another great advantage is its proximity to both Playa de Muro and Alcúdia Old Town, which are easy to reach and well worth visiting. I also appreciated the facilities and guest benefits. The hotel offered a special discounted price for dinner for guests, complimentary bottled water in the room, and free beach towels. These thoughtful touches added extra value and made the stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor downside was that the pool area could get quite busy at times. Also, as I’m not a strong swimmer, I found the deeper section of the pool less comfortable to use. That said, this is purely a matter of personal preference and may not be an issue for most guests.
