The location of the hotel is great, only ~5 minutes away from the main beach. There's a public bus near it that goes to the airport. Reception was so friendly kind (shout out to John marco). My family and I arrived late to the hotel and they gave us free food. They offer a lot of activities and entertainment. The buffet was nice as well
The air conditioner was not working at times but other than that everything was perfect

Not much TBH
having to pay tax in the hotel. Dirty indoor pool. AC in room was very poor and noisy.
