Very good hotel resort for family holiday.

Meals were a bit expensive.

It’s a little paradise! Wonderful for families with kids.

I liked everything!

It is a nice property but a little dated.

We stayed in room 709, with 3 people staying in the room. We had a third bed placed in the room but the staff always forgot to cater for the 3 of us. There were only 2 cups, 2 chairs inside and outside. There were only 2 bath robes and often they forgot the extra towel. We had to ask numerous times and yet the items weren’t delivered when asked. I rang and asked for a third towel as we all wanted a shower before dinner to get ready for the evening. The towel only arrived while we were at dinner. The main pool was being renovated, the staff were not too forthcoming about where the alternative pool was. We only found out by accident that we could get a complimentary lift to el mirador from the citadel. I found the restaurant booking system frustrating especially trying to find a time for dinner because when we were at dinner we could clearly see that the restaurants were not full, but we could never get reservations at the desired times. The glass lift wasn’t working properly, the down call button never worked, you have to press the up button to call the left and then select down once the lift arrives. All lifts seemed to be quite slow and dated. And there was a guest with 2 little kids where the kids brought scooters to restaurants and the breakfast buffet. The staff really should have told them not to scoot through the breakfast room as they nearly ran into us while we were holding a plate of food that could have gone everywhere.
