For the given money, you get a very real value of the hotel's service

The breakfast was really good. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Maybe I wasn't impressed by the crowd at breakfast, but there is still room for everyone. Maybe we all came to the hotel for breakfast at the same time, but that's still not a big problem.

We really enjoyed the walkable proximity to the train station and all of amenities close by. The staff were all helpful and friendly; the entire hotel was kept very clean; Pool was lovely and our apartment was very spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, a great variety of food, super clean and a very valuable price.

The mirror in the bathroom was placed very high, should be lowered and the automatic toilet seat moving up and down was annoying. Otherwise, wasn't a thing we could complain about aside from the noise at times from the elevator outside our door.

Had a nice time in Valkenburg.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, near all restaurants but also close to larger roads. OK walking distance from the station. Comfortable beds.

Economy room had only one window on a very small internal square with no view, that was very disappointing. There was a noisy ventilation-installation right outside the window, so we had to close the window at night. Bathroom was outdated.

Great location, away had Parking sport the the Parking place in the front of the hotel, breakfast was perfect.

In a good location easy to reach nice seating area out front overlooking a square and greenery. Room was love and modern . Loved the shower great water pressure. Breakfast was excellent great choice and quality.

The doors of other rooms banged shut quite loudly. Our room was quite a walk from the stairs/lift, as there was, surprisingly, only one entry to our narrow corridor. We were given a room with a Whirlpool, but given that my aunt whom accompanied me this trip- is 79 y/o, it was not the ideal at all. A shower would’ve been much more appropriate, as she didn’t dare climb into it. For two nights, a shower would have been much better. But: I’m nitpicking.

Bed linen and towels worn and with holes in, very tiny shower (anyone over 180 cm and more than 100 kg simply will not fit in), facilities are worn out, flocks of dust fell out of the bathroom ceiling vent, hotel is basically used by bus tour groups in the 60+ age category and crammed full

Location is great. Reception refurbishment is good. Room is a good size.

No aircon in the room so too hot. Shower over bath had poor water pressure and corner of bath prevented us from being able to stand under. We were not told about the swimming pool not being available due to refurbishment. Pizza box in staircase. Room was very noisy due to being above entrance and bar area.

standard room but plenty of space. out on the balcony a table and chairs for each room to use. Airco was user friendly. brilliant huge 2 person jacuzzi. staff very helpful and located central for everything you could want

Bike parking only accessible for guests and staff, in an enclosed terrace, a lot of space. Nice hotel bar. Great breakfast.

In weekends breakfast starts quite late, at 8 am. We aksked if we could start earlier, a lot of communication back and forth and worries. Then we wanted to go for a prepared breakfast package (take away). Was not arranged when we arrived. In the end we just showed up for breakfast at 7:30 and there was no problem at all to start earlier. Communication could have been smoother.

Nice for a short stay.

The hotel was close to the centre of Valkenburg and the attractions.

The water from the coffee/tea machine in our room did not heat the water warm enough to make a proper cup of tea. It would have been good if there had been a small fridge in the room. The bathroom only had a bath with a shower attachment which was not ideal for a proper shower.

Great central location. Rooms are quiet and well maintained.

We went during the Christmas holiday. During that time this location had a lack of parking spaces and EV charging facilities (regarding the hotel itself and also the near vicinity).
