We absolutely loved everything and would highly reccomend them to anyone visiting Valkenburg!

The breakfast provided from the hotel is like a platter, combination of cheese, spreads and fruits. The bread provided has a lot of variety. Overall, value for money and saves us the hassle in looking for a breakfast joint. it's a healthy breakfast. The room is clean and has a view overlooking some of the hills.
The stairs heading up is rather narrow and there's no elevators, so travellers with big suitcases will have to take note. We were given a room at the top floor, the ceiling is a tad bit low. The air conditioning unit does come with the heating function for winter or colder days; just have to wait for awhile for it to acclimate.

A nice hotel ideally situated 100m from the entrance to beautiful Valkenburg. The main street (pedestrians only) was a real surprise: bustling with restaurants and bars and energy. Very welcoming and friendly staff. A lovely family room which was tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Easy off-road parking.

The hotel was nicely furnished and situated very close to the town centre and restaurants. The bed was very comfy.
We appreciated the free coffee machine as we had a very early start the following day.
The bathroom was very tiny and the sliding glass door just secured at the top doesn’t give you a lot of privacy. The fact that there isn’t a lift may be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

Very comfortable and clean. My room was lovely and I had a balcony too. The bed was very comfortable and there were clean towels every day. The communal reception area was very inviting and relaxing, and there was free fruit, tea and coffee to enjoy. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful.
Everything was perfect. I would love to stay there again.

The hotel was great, and in the perfect location. It was very close to all the lovely restaurants, shops and bars, making it easy to explore the beautiful town. The reception area was lovely, with comfortable settees to relax on. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and fresh towels daily. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was free tea and coffee and also free fruit on offer. Breakfast was provided for an additional cost of 15 euros but was well worth the money. The food was very fresh and plenty of it.
There was nothing that I didn’t like. I thought it was excellent.

The location is perfect, the hotel is a minute walk from the city centre. The check-in process was quick and they have offered a paid parking spot located next door, which was perfect for us. The room has a coffee machine with capsules, nice size TV, it was very clean and we found the size quite big compared to some other hotels. We strongly recommend to take the breakfast there!
Nothing.

The hotel is a friendly family run business.
I would have no hesitation in returning and plan to do so again.
Free tea coffee clean rooms and a great location.
Only one thing to lpoint out is this hotel would not be suitable for physically challenged guests as the staircases are steep and narrow..

The room was not overly large, but adequate with a nice little patio. However, to make up for the smallish room there was a wonderful room upstairs with coffee, tea and biscuits. An honesty bar and lots of games. Comfortable chairs and a great place to hang out.
All was fine.

The people were really very friendly and helpful and there is a room where they have free coffee and tea. We had a room with a large balcony, which was nice. The kids enjoyed the courtesy chips.
It would have been great if there would have been a small refridgerator in the room.

This place is gorgeous! It’s such a quaint little boutique hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We were over to see the Andre Rieu concert in Maastricht, this hotel is around 15 mins from there. The location is perfect, you walk out and turn right onto a street with restaurants lining both sides, there’s a square with restaurants around it and a few shops to pick up some essentials. There are also plenty of sights to see within walking distance including the castle which is right opposite. We flew into Amsterdam airport and got the train to Maastricht which took around 2hrs and cost €27. We used Uber while we were there for taxis which cost around €35 from Maastricht to the hotel, it’s not cheap but convenient I’m not sure if the local taxis would be cheaper. We also got the bus into Maastricht which took around 30 mins and cost roughly €8 I think.
The staff at the hotel were really helpful and polite, there is free wifi and free hot drinks and water. The kitchen area also has snacks and alcoholic drinks and you just wrote what you’ve had on a bill then settle up when you leave. We didn’t prebook breakfast but ended up having it every day as it was lovely I’d definitely recommend trying it as it’s good value for what you pay, I think it was around €15.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, we had fresh towels every day and the air con was a welcome relief as it was hot when we were there.
All in all we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend.

Clean and modern. Great location and downstairs kitchenette with coffee was very nice.
No dresser or any kind of drawers within room. I could hang clothes up but no where to put my intimates.

The breakfast was excellent, and the air conditioned two-person room was really comfy, clean and cosy (although some might consider it on the tiny side). We both liked the location, which was easily reachable with a heavy backpack from the trainstation in about 10 to 15 minutes. Super-helpful staff, very chill lounge, really liked that you could grab a beer yourself, note it down, and take a seat to work a bit. Exceeded my expectations. Parks were close by with easy access to have a walk. Has potential to function as a temporary work-place on holiday for sure. And ofcourse Valkenburg looks like a blend of the Aveyron and Bruges, which is awesome.
The internet connectivity is a bit spotty, AP's don't seem well placed or are overshadowed by the (mesh-)network of the other hotel right next to this one. At the lounge it is quite fine, good jitter/latency, bandwidth was what you would expect at a hotel in the Netherlands.

Free fruit and coffee, lovely decor and design, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable room and amenities at a very reasonable price.
No complaints whatsoever.

Breakfast was delicious! The location is right next to the city center with a view on the castle ruin. Parking lot is almost next to the hotel.
They offered a voucher for Thermae2000, which made me believe I get a discount; this is not true, you just pay the full price when you check out.

Nice property in a very good location, quiet surrounding.
Excellent breakfast at good value for money.
Impeccable cleanliness of the premises and rooms,
Very steep stairs to reach the room.
Fairly small room

The hotel is very nice. The room was clean and the bed was really comfy and there was a coffee machine we could use for free.
Unfortunately, they were renovating the stairs in the hotel and we were woken up by noise and a very strong glue smell, that is very unhealthy and dangerous to breath. They understood our complaint and we got a partial refund for the night

Such a nice, family-run business. Banging breakfast! So lovely, tasty and plentiful. Location was perfect, especially since it was Carnival and very loud in the center. We enjoyed the sitting area and the self-service bar.
Stairs are very steep and narrow, so not for those who cannot navigate. We were on the backside of the hotel, so no view for us, though the front rooms should have a great view.
