About this apartment rental

A Lovely ground floor apartment is tucked away just off Terminus Road . Close to Marks & Spencer , Red Jet terminal & Cowes Yacht Haven. The accommodation has the advantage of being able to sleep either 4 singles or 1 king size double & 2 singles. Please note there is a clause in the Leasehold on this property which means the guests must be a family unit or related individuals.
The lounge has sliding doors that open onto to the car park, which makes this apartment suitable with limited mobility. A lovely spacious kitchen ensures cooking home comforts an easy task with a comfortable lounge to relax in during the evenings.

I can readily recommend this place just on the basis of its excellent location. Parking is available but even with no car, the very frequent number 1 bus to Newport is on the doorstep and it takes about 25 minutes to get to Newport from where you can readily travel to anywhere on the IoW. The advantage of staying in Cowes is that there is a beautiful seaside promenade minutes away and shops and nice restaurants at hand - we can particularly recommend "The Coast" restaurant. As a bonus the flat is also located within minutes of the RedJet passenger ferry terminal. Despite being so central the rooms were very quiet. Check in and check out and communication throughout was excellent.

The photos of the property don't do it justice! It is spacious and clean and very comfortable.Graham met us and was very helpful. He supplied tea, coffee, milk and sugar! Everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Kitchen was very well equipped. Comfortable beds and sitting room. Steam railway is worth a visit. Lovely little villages inland. It doesn't take long to get anywhere on the island! There's an M&S and Saintsbury in Cowes. Great fish and chip shop! We would highly recommend this property.

We received a lovely welcome from Graham on our arrival and found he had left us tea, coffee, sugar and milk! So nice to have a cuppa after our journey without going to the shops first! The apartment was perfect, very spacious and had everything that we needed. The little patio provided a safe play area for my 6 year old and the off street parking was an absolute bonus. The location is ideal with shops and restaurants being less than a minute away. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely be booking this little gem again!
