What lovely hosts and what a fabulous property. It had everything you could possibly need. Nicky and Dave met us at the house and showed us how everything worked. They left us a welcome pack of bread, milk, butter and spreads or the morning

Nicky and Dave met us at the property and showed us round and were very welcoming. Living room was of good size with a large dining table which doubled up as a suitable desk for laptops. WiFi speed was fast. Excellent lighting and good entertainment facilities (big TV, blu ray player). Nice book shelf with interesting books and CDs. Good size downstairs toilet. Two lovely double bed rooms with sufficient wardrobe space and supplied with hairdryer in each room. Walk in shower was excellent. Kitchen was small but jam packed with all mod cons. Great kettle and I enjoyed the TV in the kitchen. Also milk, butter, jam and bread were provided for our arrival. A very pleasant experience to have a welcome pack. Nice patio and back garden gate led directly to off-road parking site. Property was spotlessly clean throughout. Printed guest book was informative and useful and restaurant recommendations were excellent. Location of property made it easy to get to Cowes and all the main tourist attractions of Isle of Wight and ferry terminal. It was also in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We had a most enjoyable time at the property and glad we found this place to stay.
