Seagulls Perch

It was a lovely property. Spotlessly clean throughout. Roomy. Everything worked well. Quiet location. Easy to find. The host was wonderfully friendly and kind. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The Wightfibre wifi was fast and totally reliable. The TV was a decent size too, which made the Winter Olympics much more enjoyable. Vectis bus stop is really close by. Heating was always warm too. The whole place just had a homely vibe.

The location in relation to Cowes town and the shops was a little out of the way, so shopping involved a hilly walk back almost daily. Cowes itself isn't very lively in February either. Bathroom is a long way from the bedroom(s).

Close to UKSA, red jet ferries and Cowes town centre. Good if you are coming to the island on foot.

Clean, tidy and good space

Great location for us as we were working nearby. Would also be good as a tourist destination as able to walk into Cowes easily. Cosy and comfortable. Good communication with owner. Would recommend.

Only thing can think of is slightly more equipment in the kitchen but it didn’t really matter that much.

Easy access walking to cows bus stops right outside the door at a convenience store where the staff absolutely fantastic
