Nice stay with easy access to Strasbourg

Quiet location with good breakfast and a few restaurant options there and nearby. There is a kart racing in there that is super. I recommend it - super fun.

I had the suite and the bathroom smell bad from time to time.

Nice Hotel at a good price.

Naked people im the pool! Didn’t see that advertised anywhere, but clothing is optional in the whole Spa Center! I won’t book there again. I was with my adult daughter and was shocked when we went to the pool. And the pool entrance was an extra 10 € per person per day! One visit was enough for us!

Easy to find, sufficient parking, dog friendly with green paths nearby, a fabulous breakfast with Mimosas, option of swimming/sauna/spa, free bottled water, a modern and quiet hvac system.

Great hotel shame about checkin staff.

It was just right for what we needed,from the parking the facilities and the excellent breakfast,all but one of the staff were friendly and professional.

On checking in we were left waiting at the desk by a man because he was having a private telephone call,he even looked annoyed because he had to deal with us,even continued with his call while he dealt with us,I find this totally unprofessional,then we asked if we could use the pool and we were told there wasn’t one,it was only wellness that you had to be naked,we went around to the spa reception and was told we could use the pool without being naked,also the bar and restaurant doesn’t open on a Sunday,nothing about that was on booking.com maybe we may have chosen a hotel that did have a bar and restaurant that was open on Sunday.

Nice place, but staff has cheap manners

Very quiet area, great parking with electric vehicle chargers. Large room, good breakfast. Decent restaurant. Extra strong water pressure in the shower. Matress comfy. Woodden floor.

Staff at the breakfast quite rude, not friendly at all. Their manners should improve to match a level of a four-star hotel. Currently it's not the case. Pity. My room was not cleaned on the second day of my stay, no water replaced :( Found multiple long hair on the bathroom sink... No minibar or fridge. Spongy bouncy pillows.

Khel, a hidden gem of a place to stay.

The brilliant spa and wellness centre. The perfect way to relax. Stunningly well maintained and scrupulously clean. Textile free was a tad confronting at first, but overall a wonderful experience.

There is no dinner service on Sundays.

Recommended for families who needs a cost preffered option to see the north side of the black forest

Hotel rooms are for 2 persons, maybe those where the last ones, newly designed hotel with big rooms for two, clean rooms and quite comfy. Breakfast was very adequate served in a nice dining hall. Hotel’s placed several 7-10 minutes from the city, and also from the highway

Hotel had AC but in one room it didn’t work. Rooms bath is newly designed with partially clear glass walls, so, it might not fit for some family members.

The separation wall between bedroom and bathroom are made out of glass. Opal glass in the middle. View is not a problem. But when using the bathroom at night light can disturb the second user when sleeping.

Clean and modern hotel

It was not my first time staying in this hotel and I am always happy to return. I enjoy the clean, modern rooms, the good food (both breakfast and dinner) and appreciate the friendly, yet professional staff. Special thanks to Georgina at reception, who does everything with a smile and nothing is too much trouble for her. Plenty of parking spaces and shops close-by.

Great location, fast access to Strasbourg. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Very helping and friendly staff. Gluten-free and lactose free options were available with a good quality.

Nice place, but their poor wifi's administration makes it a no-go to revisit.

The premises are modern and spacious. Service is definitively correct, and the huge free parking is a hassle-free point. It's quiet and offers a good restaurant in the location. Actually, the restaurant would worth alone to be visited without being a guest of the hotel.

The Wifi sucks!!! They have fast internet wifi, which is poorly administrated and/or too restricted. It took three days for one of my devices to get an IP address automatically. (I told them that their DHCP server was not providing free addresses, probably because the IP lease time was too long) Even when a laptop is connected, another network restriction denies the use of a VPN to connect to your enterprise. So, this is a vast NO-GO to revisit the place.

Comfortable stay with a surprisingly nice bar

surprisingly for a hotel that felt for us “in the middle of nowhere” it has a very nice bar and lounge area. the room was clean and modern, the bathroom was also nice. all in all it was a very comfortable stay.

the location, but this is something we choose because everything was fully booked in Strasbourg, thus it was a conscious choice and we were not surprised.
