About this apartment rental
Paradise Ridge is aptly named! This private top floor, open concept, three-bedroom corner condo is perfect for families. Arrive to a clean, spacious suite with all the comforts of home, including: a dining area that seats eight, living room, fully equipped kitchen and private deck. Sleeps six guest comfortably. Enjoy the use of an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna; covered parking, and a ski locker! This condo features beautiful views of Mount Washington and is the perfect place to return to after exploring Mount Washington, Strathcona Park or one of the many beautiful places in the Comox Valley and beyond.
Important information
The Pool, Sauna and Hot Tub are all open during the summer and winter when the ski hill is operating. During the spring and fall just the hot tub and sauna are open for use.
Rates/Additional Information
- The minimum stay is 2 nights
- All posted rates exclude taxes – MRBT (3%) and PST (8%) will be added to the total
- A $250 refundable damage deposit will be added to the total and refunded after check out.
- Cancellations/refunds are not allowed unless the period can be re-booked.
- Pets are not permitted (strata bylaw)
- Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, on the deck or anywhere on the property.

Clean, comfy rental. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay. All communication and rental instructions were clear and efficient.

Property was very clean.
Dishes were chipped, mismatched mugs.
Staying for three nights we didn’t expect to have to bring our whole kitchen cupboard.. Some of the necessities for cooking would have been nice.
Overall a 7 out of 10
We had to contact the owner about how to close the door of the front load washer and a ceiling fan that wouldn’t turn off
