About this house rental
Welcome to Cedar Ridge, a spacious first and second-floor suite on Mt. Washington’s Arrowsmith Ridge. This comfortable retreat features two queen bedrooms, each with a private ensuite, and a double Murphy bed in the primary bedroom, accommodating up to six guests (maximum four adults).
The well-equipped kitchen includes brand-new appliances and is stocked with essentials: olive oil, Keurig, ground coffee, hot chocolate, tea, spices, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee creamer, tin foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap, pen, and paper pad. The living area boasts an oversized sectional couch and a 65” smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Downstairs, enjoy a game of ping pong or utilize the double garage for secure storage of bikes, skis, or snowboards. The garage also features both 240V (Level 2) and 120V EV charging outlets—please bring your own cable.
Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome (sorry, no other pets). A crate, bed, and bowls are provided. Please crate your dog when you’re out, and note that guests are responsible for any damage.
Please Note:
• The ground floor entryway and laundry room are shared with owners when they are visiting.
• Garage clearance is 73”—check your vehicle height if you have roof racks or rooftop boxes.
• The driveway has a steep incline—ensure your parking brake is working if you’re not using the garage.
• Snow is common in season. The driveway is plowed regularly, but guests may need to shovel the front landing and garage entrance. Ice melt and shovels are provided.

• We do not rent to guests without a positive review history with their respective booking sites.
• No smoking/vaping on the property. Doing so will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
• No parties or large groups permitted. Only guests on the reservation are permitted at the home.
• Guests are required to provide proof of ID (if not already on file) and sign a guest rental contract. Main rental guest must be at least 25 years of age.
• $500 security deposit taken 48 hours before check-in.

The EV charger was a real selling point for this well-appointed property. Excellent host communication, and everything we needed onsite, including a well-laid-out kitchen and laundry too. Perfectly situated for hiking the beautiful Forbidden Plateau.

So nice. Perfect few days. Definitely stay at this place if you are coming up in Any Season. So quiet when we went, felt like the only people on the mountain. Inside there is absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Having laundry onsite was a huge bonus as I had been on a camping trip on my way over to the island. The dog crate was luxury for my pup, she has never been in one and jumped right in with the cozy bedding. Host was awesome and quick to answer any questions. Check in and out was super easy. Thanks so much, I will be back!

We stayed here when attending a wedding at Raven Lodge (Mount Washington). Very convenient location close to the resort, clean, well stocked house, pet friendly, responsive host that provided us with a very comprehensive guide to the home and area. Closest stores are 20-30 minute drive so bring supplies or be ready for a small road trip. Beautiful, scenic area. We were busy with wedding activities so didn’t get to use the trails and depending on the season you need to be bear aware, but looks like it would be great for hiking, biking and of course skiing. Thanks for a great stay!
