Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns gleich vorgeschlagen, unsere Räder in Ihrer Garage abzustellen. Auch eine etwas spätere Ankunft unsererseits (aufgrund der Verkehrslage), war kein Problem, als wir die Gastgeberin telefonisch endlich erreichen konnten. Das Meer ist sehr nahe, der Strand einladend. Leider konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters diesen Vorteil kaum nutzen. Die Terrasse ist schön, es gibt einen großen Gartentisch, 4 Sesseln und auch einen neuen Sonnenschirm. Die Ausstattung ist relativ komplett, wenn auch teilweise sehr ziemlich alt.

Kurz gesagt: Wir können die sehr guten Bewertungen aus der eigenen Erfahrung nicht nachvollziehen (mit Ausnahme der Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin). Gleich bei unserer Ankunft hat uns der unangenehme Geruch, der vermutlich aus den Abwasserrohren kommt, ziemlich befremdet. Die Wohnung riecht auch insgesamt ein wenig modrig, Die Einrichtung strahlt positiv ausgedrückt Vintage-Flair aus, negativ gesagt ist vieles sehr alt und teilweise auch etwas verkommen. Die Wohnung war oberflächlich gereinigt, aber nicht wirklich sauber. Die Stiege zum Schlafraum ist so schmal und steil, dass deren Benützung nicht ganz ungefährlich ist, besonders in der Nacht. So bewerten wir auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut, mit anderen Quartieren in der Bretagne waren wir deutlich zufriedener. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Ankunft war schwierig, weil die Gastgeberin lange nicht erreichbar war, um eine Verspätung unsererseits zu kommunizieren.
