Lovely location but house needs an upgrade, a bit tired and shabby. Glass in main bedroom blown so no view, which was the main selling point to us. Had to walk to a public refuse area 150 metres away to dispose of rubbish, bottles etc as no bins at property. No key to house kitchen entrance door so very insecure leaving valuables in house….had to take every valuable with us when we went out as apartment open via conservatory to beach passers by. Not enough hot water for two shallow baths. Disappointing. Excellent location.

Wir haben zwei Wochen erholsamen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. In ruhiger Lage ( wirklich absolut ruhig ) direkt am Strand, mit Blick zur Île de Batz – nachts blinkt der Leuchtturm herüber. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig möbliert, kein Luxus, aber mit allem notwendigen für die Ferien ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten liegen im Obergeschoss und sind über eine steile Treppe erreichbar (ältere Menschen und Kleinkinder...). Vom kleinen Garten hat man direkten Zugang zum fast einsamen Sandstrand. Morgens ein erfrischendes Bad, mittags ein Spaziergang auf dem Zöllnerpfad und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen, alles ist möglich. Wer Abwechslung und gute Gastronomie sucht findet diese im nahegelegenen Roscoff und Saint Pol. Der Vermieter wohnt in der Haushälfte nebenan und steht bei Fragen bereit (parler seulement français), hält sich sonst aber dezent zurück. Wir und unser Hund haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiter empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Impossible d’etre plus près de la plage! Parfait pour se reposer et profiter du bord de mer, même si le temps a été parfois maussade. Le gîte est correctement équipé et le propriétaire charmant et disponible.

chambres :noté 5 personnes alors que 4 lits le cinquième de dépannage ne tient pas ouvert salle de bain : wc dans la salle de bain et pas de rideau a la fenetre salon : le canapé a une assise déplorable entrée : on crois rentrer dans une annexe de garage pas de cour privé pour la voiture habitué a réserver deux à trois fois par an des résidences de vacances 8 jours c'est la première fois que l'ensemble réception , maison m'on vraiment déçu TROP CHER pour la prestation JE DECONSEILLE VIVEMENT

Das Haus kann 4 Personen beherbergen (etwa 2 Erwachene und zwei Kinder, die selbständig eine steile Treppe bewältigen können Es liegt unmittelbar am Strand. Lediglich ein schmaler Wiesensteig geht am Grunstück vorbei. Die Aussicht über die gesamte Bucht ist uneingeschränkt. Auch bei stärkerem Wind bietet die kleine Gartenanlage ausreichend Schutz. Die Einrichtung ist neu, zweckmäßig und angenehm schlicht Vor allem die Küche,mit Elektroherd, Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine (alle neuwertig), ist auch für den Liebhaber von Krustentieren mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wenn es uns wieder nach Santec zieht, werden wir uns auf alle Fälle um diese Ferienwohnung bemühen.

Accueillis par la maman avec des crêpes et du cidre, nous sommes arrivés dans une maison au bord de l'eau. Baignade à marée haute, découverte des crabes, crevettes et poissons à marée basse. La plage, en bout du jardin, est peu fréquentée. Le propriétaire est disponible et discret. La région est superbe (nature et culture), les gens sont accueillants. Épicerie, boulangerie, pharmacie au village. À découvrir et redécouvrir.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans la maison, mon mari et moi. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Nous avons été enchantés par la situation et par la vue magnifique du jardin. Le temps était magnifique. location très propre et très bien entretenue où nous n'avons manqué de rien. Beaucoup de balades à faire aux alentours. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, et espérons pouvoir y retourner une prochaine fois

Nous étions avec 3 jeunes ados qui ont bien appréciés le séjour. Je conseille vivement cette maison où nous n'avons manqué de rien. Propriétaire super sympa.

Nous y avons sejourné à 4, 2 adultes et 2 enfants, jolie petite maison avec tout le confort nécessaire, petit patio caractéristique, jardin protégé du vent qui donne sur une magnifique plage de sable blanc idéale pour les enfants ... et parents. Vue imprenable dans les chambres, sur la plage et sur l'île de batz. Nous avons testé la pêche à la coque et palourdes qui sont abondantes aux bord de la plage lors des marées basses. Endroit calme et à l'écart de la circulation. Tarifs basse saison trés avantageux. A visiter : l'ile de batz (à vélo), roscoff, jardin exotique, brest.
