Good choice in Podatrana.

The apartment was very good and confortable. Some essentials missing, coffee machine, maybe washing mashine, and some utensils. 300 m walking distance to a grocery store and 500 m to the beach. Parking available, a plus. Hosts very kind.

As I said before, there is room for improvement, some essentials may be added.

Thank you so much for your kindness and friendliness. I needed to wash my clothes and asked where I could find a laundry, and she offered to do it for me for free to help out. Thank you for everything — you’re amazing! 🙏

It was ok for the amount of days we stayed there

It was a new building. Very minimal but nice. The property was very clean from outside and the entrance was very bright and clean.

It took ages for shower to get hot water. The switch was turned off by children they were light switches. No washing machine. And too many steps to go down to beach. The walls were full of dead mosquitoes which was killed by previous people staying there and it was not cleaned or wiped down.

Good (almost great) apartment

I liked the size of the apartment, mostly everything was new and everything was clean. The owner responded quickly to our messages everytime.

Since this was a lux apartment, we expected it to include more details like shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, complimentary tea bags.. details that would make it feel warmer and cosier. Couldn't find the short way to get to the beach so it took some time to get there.

There is only one AC = the doors to the rooms need to stay open during the night. But there is light coming into the hallway from the common area and neighbors through the glass above the door = it is challenging with toddlers who have light sleeping.

Disappointing

large apartment for two

(Apartments normally fully equipped. We travel the world and check into Apartments about 4 times a year.) Back apartment NO VIEW only if you stretched on the side, you could see the sea. Very bad access to the beach (NOT 150 metres but an ordeal to get there via the steps through the cliffs) or take a long walk to get to the beach. Shops nearly a kilometre The sewage smell. The shower doors came off and spent time to fix it other wise we will be flooding the area. Very noisy tenants, drinking and partying very loudly. The HOST hard to communicate and not really interested in her guests/tenants. NO mosquito repellent. NO coffee machine. NO washing machine. LACK of utensils. We called the owner an hour before 2 pm and we arrived there and they were still cleaning the place and we waited outside for almost an hour and very rudely was told 3pm was the check in. (NOT TRUE) The check-in is 2 PM. NO light on our floor stairs, NO response to phone calls, NO reply to text messages on WhatsApp, NO towels (only two for two people for a week and sheets the same) Very hard to find was not accessible via Google Maps not SatNav.... NO Name on building we Should be refunded 50% of the payment

Uninterested host + disgusting smell

We informed the host to arrive at 6pm (message confirmed). When we arrived at the place of accommodation, it was very difficult to find it, as there is no sign, also nothing in the house. We called the host for a help but she didn’t answer. When we only got her on the phone after a few attempts, she said that we didn't have any reservations and that she didn't know anything about it. After complaining, she said she would check and call back. After 10 min she confirmed our stay. There was no one in the accommodation (door open, feels like ghost house) and only after our re-call did we find out the apartment number and where the key is located. The host was totally uninterested in anything, we got the feeling that we were disturbing her and if we weren’t there with small children I would definitely look for an alternative! Even later nobody came. So far, nothing like this has happened to us - and we see a lot of destinations. The apartment (nr.3, duplex, top floor) itself is nice, renovated, view ok, but we were very disturbed by the disgusting smell of sewage from the toilet, in the morning even the smell of ammoniac. That thing “broke” complet picture of apartment. In short, this combination of the uninterested host and horrible smell cancel us from visiting again.

Goed gelegen, makkelijk parkeren op eigen plek in de parkeergarage. Netjes.

Airco in de slaapkamer werkt niet. Dus de deur moet open om het daar te koelen vanuit de woonkamer waar ook slaapbank is.

Нові апартаменти із свіжим ремонтом. Укомплектовані необхідним посудом та побутовою технікою. З нашого номера гарний вигляд на море. Апартаменти світлі та просторі. Є місце для паркування авто.

Відсутність зелених рослин біля помешкання. Дуже мала Прибудинкова територія. Вихід до пляжу по крутих сходах, але ми ходили із задоволенням

Przytulny, komfortowy, czysty i zadbany apartament. Ładny widok z blakonu. Cisza. Blisko do plaży - zejście schodami(tunel pod jezdnią więc nie trzeba przechodzić przez ulicę). Plaże obok fajne, początek płytki, woda czysta. Blisko bar i restauracje oraz lodziarnia

Apartamento muy amplio en buenas vistas. Muy cerca de una playa muy bonita, con bonito atardecer. Todo muy limpio y cómodo.
