About this house rental
Charming two-story cottage on, 22 acre all-sports, Paw Paw Lake in Watervliet, Michigan. This cottage offers a 40 foot sandy beach and beach toys for the kids to play. You can dock your boat on our side of a shared 78 foot pier. The deck of the home offers a panoramic view of Paw Paw Lake and magnificent sunsets.
This cottage has 3 bedrooms upstairs. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a view of the lake, a bedroom with a queen bed and view of the lake and a bedroom with two double beds. There is a full bath (tub/shower) upstairs. The main floor has a full bath ( large shower) and it also provides a door to the outside, convenient for wet bathing suits.
The combined kitchen and dining room are fully equipped (except dishwasher) with views of the lake. An outdoor grill is provided. The living room has a great view of the lake and opens onto a deck.
This home is nestled among friendly neighbors and convenient to Lake Michigan, St. Joseph and South Haven. The area offers wineries, breweries, farm markets, antiques, 18 hole golf-course, Frisbee golf, trails, restaurants, a movie theater and much more.
Linens and towels are provided. All you need to bring are beach towels and your personal items.

Great property for kids as there is a sandy beach area which most others on Lake don't have. Property had a great grill, fireplace and water toys for kids. Only amenity missing was a wine opener!!

Nice beach at property, very few houses on Paw Paw Lake have beaches. House could use some interior updates such as replace carpeting with flooring.
