Summary:
Welcome to our 5 bedroom UPSCALE vacation home next to beautiful Paw Paw Lake. This charming property includes the entire home, yard, Karaoke, fire pit, swing set, workout bike, ample parking, and HOT TUB and MOST OF ALL SO CLOSE TO PAW PAW LAKE. Pool will be open for Summer (***BASED ON WEATHER FOR OPENING/POOL IS NOT HEATED***)
UPDATE POOL IS CLOSED 8/7/2025. IT IS NOT LISTED AS AN AMENITY. THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON and we have marked our home 50% off to reflect that.

Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?
NO PETS!
POOL IS SERVICED EVERY WEDNESDAY (unfortunatley we cannot make exceptions to this)
We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
We do allow a MAX of 14 people that can sleep in beds (sharing included) It is $25 per person a night over guest # 10. We need all visitors apart of the reservation and there are RING cameras on the exterior of the home that do record motion.
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
Fireplace (just for looks/non-functioning).
HOUSE RULES
11:00 pm Quiet Hour
25+ to book, NO EXCEPTIONS
NO PETS! If any pets are brought to the home there will be a $500 fine/per night and possible eviction. This is not a pet friendly home.
No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the home. $500 fine if home smells like smoke.
We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
Must book for the total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.
Ring cameras on the exterior of the property. These do record when it captures motion. Blocking of camera will lead to eviction and $1000 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Do not cover Ring Cameras, this will lead to an eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
We may require a security deposit, rental agreement and/or a picture of a Government ID.
Guest accept the risks that come with using bunk beds/ladders
Guest understands the responsibility of being near water.
All children MUST be supervised when in the backyard/near the water/pool/hot tub.
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.

Check-in process was rocky as the keypad was low battery and we had to call the property owner to find a physical key. Property owner also informed our group that someone would be out to fix the keypad the following day and nobody came.Additionally, the speakers in the projection room were not connected to anything, and the projector was not connected to wifi. It is unable to be found on the app they instruct you to download. The instructions were mostly unhelpful when trying to troubleshoot. The property as a whole was very cool and clean, with lots of opportunities in the area.

This house had several places where our family of 12 could gather- a spacious table in the kitchen as well as a long table outside for easy dining. The projector room was a very popular place for watching movies and binging series. Many hours were spent splashing and cooling off in the pool. The kids had fun in the playhouse and enjoyed the shuffleboard and bocce court.

The house and location are beautiful and well kept. Some of the furniture isn't very comfortable, but the house itself is so cool and well cared for. We had several issues with the listed amenities that should have been avoided before we arrived. The property managers were very responsive the week leading up to our stay and were very nice every time we talked. While we were there, we couldn't get the hot tub to heat, and the tub kept telling us to change the filter. We even asked the week before if the hot tub is functional and available to use, which they confirmed. The projector also didn't work, and there were no instructions on how to use it. We messaged the managers about both of these issues, but the response time was slow, and when they did respond, they kept asking for videos of what we had tried and pictures of the equipment. They sent us youtube vids of how to use the projector, but the vids were about how to set up the projector, which was already done, not how to make it work. It seemed they were googling how to use the equipment, and it wasn't helpful. We got the tub to heat once and used it one night, but couldn't get it to heat again, and the managers didn't help. We never did get the projector to work, so we watched movies on our tablet, which wasn't easy for 5 adults. Overall the stay was nice, but we chose the house and paid for specific amenities because we wanted to use them, and it's disappointing that we couldn't enjoy the perks and weren't helped.
