About this house rental
Come to South Haven and unwind at this updated cottage by the lake. Our fully stocked home comes equip with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The large backyard boasts a brand-new deck with dining table, lounge chairs, gas grill and a fire pit. Yard games are provided including pickle ball, set corn hole set, volleyball with net, soccer ball with goals and other sports items.
Inside you will find two sitting areas and a wide selection of games, books, and puzzles. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils and features a full fridge/freezer combo, dual oven stove, microwave, and Keurig. The adjacent dining room has a table for 8.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an office nook with a desk and chair. The large master closet has space for all your luggage. The master bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower, water closet and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet with a dresser. The third bedroom features two bunk beds. The second full bathroom has a tub and shower, along with a washer and dryer. Quality bedding, pillows, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
The cottage is just a 5-minute walk to Pilgrim Haven Natural Area where you can visit the rocky beach for a sunset or enjoy the wooded trails and overlooks. Van Buren State Park is just one mile south of the house with its beaches and numerous hiking trails. Downtown South Haven is 3-4 miles north where there are numerous restaurants and shops.

I fell in love instantly with this house. It’s picture perfect inside and out. It was on a quiet street just a few minutes from Van Buren State Park where other family members were camping. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and the owners have stocked the place with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the main bathroom was like a luxury hotel! Getting in to the house was easy as was checking out. My only complaint was that we didn’t spend enough time in the house and that is our fault. All of us felt we had found our place at the beach in this house. We hope to stay here again next year!

The house was lovely! Roomy, clean and had everything we needed. The back yard was big and the deck was perfect. The location was a short drive to the sandy beach and downtown. We are definitely coming back next summer.

The house was beautiful, clean, organized, open floor plan and in an incredible location! The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great quality, the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could ever need to prepare a meal. The sports equipment in the shed had the kids entertained our entire stay, I don’t they even got to everything. Beaches any direction you go! Grab a morning coffee and take the very short walk to the beach to look for rocks! The short flat walking trails around the corner were beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised how close the beaches were! They truly thought of everything anyone could need for their trip. I would 1000% stay there again!
