Wake up each morning to Pacific Ocean blue at this delightful Cape Meares home, an all-seasons escape on the Northern Oregon Coast with a deck and living space that overlook the water, a firepit and a gas grill for barbecues, and easy walking access to the beach just four blocks away!
This two-level home sits within sight of the ocean on Cape Meares, just a short, gradually sloping stroll from the beautiful beach. You'll have a canoe to take out on Cape Meares Lake one block north (transportation for the canoe is not provided), as well as beach chairs and sand toys to use on the ocean shore. This home is also only three miles north of the Cape Meares Lighthouse and State Scenic Viewpoint, eight miles northwest of downtown Tillamook, and 10 miles west of the famous Tillamook Creamery.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I've stayed here before, and it's a really nice place. Beds comfortable, and the kitchen-living room space has great windows with an ocean view--although on this trip Cape Meares was foggy for most of the weekend.
I would highly recommend it! If you have any specific needs for cooking or kitchen use, I would encourage you to send questions ahead of time. This kitchen is reasonably well equipped (especially compared to some others I've stayed at) but it is always wise to ask!

Very nice rental and we love Cape Meares. Was our first time in this particular house but we've been coming to Cape Meares for years. The house is super clean and the kitchen is very well supplied -- the best of all the rentals we've tried. Very comfortable. Our only disappointment was that there was hardly any hot water for showers, even though we turned the hot water heater on at the fuse box the evening we arrived. Not sure if it has to be on for several days in order to heat up a good supply of water. Please consider turning the hot water on well before guests arrive.
