The complex is new and very well maintained, close to the centre of town with ample places to park the car. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. It was very peaceful despite being in the town.The outside space was really comfortable and we enjoyed being on the balcony for relaxing and eating. The communication was excellent at all times. Alice was waiting for us on arrival and gave us every support, she went above and beyond, a wonderful lady. Also Katia was available for any questions. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again.

Gute Lage , das Zentrum ist füssläufig gut erreichbar. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet.
Am Tag der Anreise war eine Klimaanlage defekt, die am nächsten Tag repariert wurde. Dies war noch akzeptabel, was aber überhaupt nicht geht, sind die fehlenden Hinweise auf die große Baustelle direkt vor dem Apartment und der an sich schönen Terrasse. An den Tagen, an denen auf der Baustelle gearbeitet wurde (bei uns an 4 von 7 Tagen ), wurden wir morgens um 7:30 Uhr durch laute Geräusche vom Sägen, Hämmern und Schleifen geweckt. Die Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse wurden hierdurch stark beeinträchtigt. Hätten wir von dieser Baustelle Kenntnis gehabt, hätten wir diese Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Baulärm brauchen wir im Urlaub nicht. In Anbetracht der Baustelle ist der Mietpreis nicht angemessen. Die Vermieterin, der wir diesen gravierenden Mangel angezeigt haben, ist der Auffassung, dass Ihre Beschreibung der Wohnung korrekt ist und sie keinen Fehler gemacht hat. Das sehen wir anders, die Baustelle muss erwähnt werden, damit man sich auf Baulärm einstellen kann.
