Villa Kate Pula Sardegna

Our hosts. They were most welcoming both on arrival and at departure and responded immediately to our only question during visit. The house was spotless and very comfortable for our party of 4. Air conditioning. Comfortable patio. Sun loungers. Linen included. Tea bags, cooking oil, coffee capsules etc. The location. Grocery shops, cafés, pizzerias & other shops very near (5 mins walk). A great selection of restaurants in town centre 10 mins walk away. Beach is 25 mins walk on the flat. 2 bicycles available at property and very useful for getting around locally. Bike/eBike hire also available locally. Regular ARST Bus to Cagliari (Line 129). There is a local shuttle bus to beach (Follensa) although timetable info at time of our visit was not easily available. Beaches are beautiful. Nora archeological site is well worth a visit and also the Tower. Great Museum in town. Would highly recommend Pula and Villa Kate. Grazie Marco & Kate.

Info about local beach shuttle information would be great - timetable & location of bus stops. Also instructions if rubbish needs to be put out during the week - we were unsure what to do so left everything as was.

great and responsive host, house exactly as advertised, very clean and all in working order, good location for grocery shopping, access to restaurants, beaches and all local amenities
