Calm and serene location, but some maintenance issues and communication problems during my stay
Location is calm and serene. Rooms were spacious and clean
However, the shower to one of the rooms upstairs was not in working conditions and we had to come done to shower. Then in the other apartment or house, the toilet couldn’t flush. I tried to communicate to the host but he wasn’t happy as he was on holiday so I decided to manage.

Excellent location, spotless throughout.
The house was spotless, and both cot and highchair were in place as requested before we arrived. Mark was on site to welcome us and gave us lots of useful info about where to go and have family fun locally. Location is amazing, quiet and peaceful, yet only a short drive to shops, parks etc.
Honestly couldn't fault our stay. Even the green area outside the backdoor was well cared for, so, great for the kids to play on.

Location was great. Host was friendly and approachable.
Beds needing tightening as they squeaked every time you moved. The electricity went off on the last evening for some kitchen plugs. To be charged €40 for utilities but only use €10 worth approximately and not be offered a refund is disappointing.

Great stay, quiet location, lots of space, across the street from Roganstown Hotel
John and Barbara are excellent hosts. House is spacious and clean. Great for families. Roganstown Hotel is just across the street, with leisure facilities (swimming pool, sauna, gym)
House is a bit cold, need to crank up the heating (outside temp ranges around 10 C in spring) Utilities (electricity/gas) not explicitly included in the rental price as far as I remember. It'd be good to have these prices listed in the property page.
