Phoenix House

Sehr schönes Haus , schöne Küche und man konnte sehr gut von dort aus mit dem Bus in die Stadt fahren. Preislich auch sehr gut gewesen.

Leider waren die Wände sehr dünn und man hat immer gehört wenn sich jemand in der Wohnung bewegt hat.

The house is very clean and comfortable and is in a great location. There is a bus stop within 5 minutes walk and a tram stop 15 minutes walk away although it is possible to catch the bus to a tram stop if you don’t fancy walking. There is a pizza place and Macdonalds just round the corner and a large Tesco supermarket

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like although it’s a shame there isn’t a pub within walking distance. Just a couple of minor things: The house could benefit from a house manual as it took us a while to locate certain things ie there were a few different wifi codes so it took us a while to find the right one. Some replacement batteries and light bulbs for the landing lamp would be useful too. To make it perfect, it would be nice to find some tourist information and some board games eg scrabble.

The property was absolutely spotless. It was a great quiet location for us as we had family nearby. It was close to shops and transport into Dublin City.

Tolles Haus! Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort - perfekt für unsere Familie. Ruhig gelegen, Fast Food und Supermarkt fußläufig. Nah am Zentrum, sehr gut angeschlossen an die Öffis. Ausstattung auf höchstem Niveau.
