Tolles Haus! Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort - perfekt für unsere Familie. Ruhig gelegen, Fast Food und Supermarkt fußläufig. Nah am Zentrum, sehr gut angeschlossen an die Öffis. Ausstattung auf höchstem Niveau.

Great location especially as we had a car. Fairly quiet, clean. Very helpful to have a washing machine.
Very, very small downstairs bathroom and shower, hot water limited for 5 so it just required some coordinating for us.

The Phoenix House is perfect for a family of 5. It is located within walking distance to a number of bus stations and within walking distance to a vey nice TESCO (grocery store) and a few eateries. It also has a number of amenities to include dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. The kitchen is nicely stocked as well with appliances, dishes, etc.
The hot water for the shower was not enough for everyone to take a hot shower. Additional washcloths and towels would have been nice
