Right on the water front so were able to watch swans in the morning swim past.

Noisy with both traffic and people at all hours. Not suitable for anyone looking for a quiet location. Had issue with TV which apparently was fitted with a Chromecast which if you had a compatible Mobile or Laptop, you could access. For older generations like ourselves, TVs usually turn on and work. Not having any Instructions or warning to take laptop or compatible Mobile was disappointing, but unless you wanted to stay indoors and watch TV and not go out and enjoy Dublin was not a show stopper for us. Lack of hot water from taps, Shower OK and only source of hot water (or kettle).

The balcony view of the river, comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed.

The TV was a challenge to set up.

Bathroom renovation not completed Toilet ran constantly Carpet damp in bedroom adjacent to bathroom, builder husband believes leak coming from shower area. Could not get tv working Issue with getting into property, assisted by tenant with key pad code - fob box temporarily not working
