Good but some financial hassle

The accomodation and the location were fine

The location was hosted by an external company. After the reservation was made I was forced to go to a separate website in order to complete the booking. Through this website I had to transfer a deposit of EUR 300. After entering the location I found out there were no hand towels. I contacted the host and heared I had to pay an additiional fee of EUR 12,50 in total for this. After checking out the organisation transferred the deposit back and 6 days later they took EUR 300 again from my bank account which was refunded one day later. These financial aspects were just to awkward for me.

A perfect spot for exploring Wallonia

Simple road hotel, ok for an overnight stay in the area

Location about a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the town center, convenient for an overnight stay, dinner and drink. Wouldn't necessarily stay longer, but that's not what the type of hotel is for anyhow. Check-in via code or reception,

Even for a road hotel, the beds were not ideal. Just a simple matress on a wooden plank. Tiny bathroom, no other facilities in the room, breakfast was a bit chaotic, although supplied with bread, coffee, spreads etc.

good size apartment, with tasteful decor. everything you need in the kitchen, big tv with Netflix. parking in the garden. comfortable bed. huge bathroom. we really enjoyed our stay with lots of really nice walks nearby.

It was just perfect

It was just perfect for Christmas. The tree inside was decorated. Large tv screen. Enough heaters to make it warm and cosy on the coach or in the bathroom. Kitchen had all it needs and brand new. Location was for us perfect as we were visiting family in Houffalize. No sound of neighbors. Great stay. We will for sure come back! Thanks Emily and Victor!

Van buiten ziet het pand er wat verloren uit (groot verschil met uitstekende binnenkant); Er zijn standaard geen handdoeken bij, door overvloed aan berichten en informatie was dit weggespoeld.

Twee fantastische weken en het appartement is zeker aan te bevelen

We hebben 2 voortreffelijke weken gehad in het appartement. Het huis was schoon, alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en zeker voor 2 personen is het apparaat ruim genoeg. Je kunt heerlijk wandelen in de buurt en voor de bierliefhebbers. De La Chouffe brouwerij en proeverij zit op 10 minuten rijden van het appartement. Al met al was hebben wij 2 fantastische weken gehad en kunnen we Pitch 15 zeker aanbesteden.

Het huisje zelf viel absoluut niet tegen, maar in het dorp zelf is niet heel veel te doen. Er zit wel een klein buurt supermarktje die bepaalde dagen open is. Er zit een snackbar en een paar restaurants, maar de "grote" supermarkten en met name ook tankstation zitten op ongeveer 20 minuten rijden. Dit was voor ons geen probleem, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dit een punt kan zijn om rekening mee te houden.

Ruim van opzet, alle noodzakelijkheden waren aanwezig, schoon.

Er zat weinig aankleding in het appartement waardoor het thuisgevoel wat ontbrak.

Excellent séjour

Le logement est confortable, situé dans un quartier calme, et il est équipé d'une climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. On s'y sent bien et on y dort bien. Je n'ai rencontré aucun souci et j'y ai passé un excellent séjour !

Un tout petit détail - Le velux de la salle de bains arrive à hauteur de l'épaule et se trouve du côté de la rue: je pense qu'ajouter un voile/store/... permettrait de se sentir un peu plus à l'abri des regards (même si objectivement, les passants ne voient déjà pas grand chose avec la configuration actuelle).

Prima verblijf gehad in prachtige omgeving.

De mooie omgeving

Codekastje ging niet open, gebeld met beheerder van het huisje, werd helaas niet opgenomen, tijd bezig geweest, ook met de buren, toen met wd40 erop, toen deed hij het wel. Messen in de la hebben hun beste tijd gehad en vallen uit elkaar. Kregen het net als veel andere mensen niet voor elkaar om de tv of radio aan te doen, veel te ingewikkeld, er is ook geen beschrijving bij helaas. Netflix ging wel.

Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und würden sofort wieder buchen!

Wunderschön, gemütlich, sauber und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Tolles, großes Badezimmer! Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war ein klein wenig durchgelegen. Unkomplizierter, kontaktloser Checkin. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Geärgert hat uns am frühen Morgen nur ein kleiner Vogel, der unbedingt rein wollte und die ganze Zeit an das Glas der Haustür geklopft hat 🐦

De locatie was top! Dicht bij een mooi wandelgebied. Het appartement was voorzien van alle faciliteiten waar we ook gebruik van hebben gemaakt!

Warm water was helaas sneller dan verwacht op.

Très agréable séjour

Petit appart rénové avec goût. Tout confort moderne. Départ à pieds de l'appart pour de superbes ballades. Syndicat d'initiative au coin de la rue sur la nationale qui donne d'excellents conseils pour les balades. Resto "La villa des fleurs" à conseiller.

De Pitch 15 is omgeven door rust, met prachtige wandelingen en adembenemende uitzichten in de directe omgeving. De accomodatie zelf is zeer mooi ingericht en goed uitgerust. Het overtrof mijn verwachtingen.

De voorziene bus douchegel was leeg bij aankomst.
