Beautiful place, equipped with everything you need.

There is no WC in the 2nd floor, where the bedrooms are so you have to use the stairs at night to go to the 1st floor. It is risky when you are half sleeping. Moreover, you have to pay 300 Eur deposit before the stay. It was a surprise for us.

Very good

It was a very cosy appartment and comfortable for a group of three friends. It felt like heaven after a day of hiking. Has all the facilities you need. The communication prior to arrival was also very smooth.

The run-down of the water in the shower had some issues and the bathroom smells. It would have been nice if there was a spare bedsheet. The two bedrooms have two queen beds with both one bedsheets, not very practical if you are not traveling with couples. Nonetheless, great place to stay.

Very well equiped big appartment, good Beds!

The appartment is very comfortable, it is big and well equiped. Besides this you are close to the big hot spots and the place is really quiet. A lot of Nice restaurants in the surroundings. We went at Fleur du Thyme, we van recoommand this. Aldo instrucciones for the appartement are well, you receive very complete guide.

There was a bit of a smell from the sewer/‘septic tanc from the bathroom.

Spacious appartment in quiet location good for hiking and biking

Spacious appartment (not too much daylight though). Well equipped kitchen, including washing machine and dryer. Clean. Location quiet and good for hiking and biking. We were allowed to store bikes in the garage. Some restaurants and a bakery within walking distance. Large garden, but the weather was too rainy to sit in it.

The company that facilitates the rental works with an app with instructions only, didn't see or speak to anyone (key box access). Some taxes were withheld from our deposit, even though the booking.com price quotes said 'including taxes'. They also withheld E30 for not taking the garbage bag out to the container by the road. We left the appartment in good condition and had already paid E85 for cleaning, but just for not removing the garbage bag this cost E30. Fairly steep... Apparently the facilitating company thinks this is normal.

Wandelliefhebber.

De locatie tussen Houffalize en La Roche, vlakbij de start van een resem prachtige wandelingen. De duplex is praktisch ingericht en voorziet in alle basisbehoeften voor een verblijf dat zich hoofdzakelijk buiten afspeelt.

Het onophoudelijke geluid van de pelletkachel in de woonruimte.

Comfortabel verblijf voor activiteiten in de Ardennen

De mogelijkheid om zelf te koken met goed uitgeruste keuken (ook wasmachine en droger), goede douche en groot bed met goed matras + topper en fijne katoenen lakens. Ook zijn de leeslampen erg handig en is er mooi uitzicht op de sterrenhemel door het dakraam. Daarnaast aan een rustige straat gelegen. Verder erg ruim en mogelijkheid om te parkeren op eigen terrein. Ook de tuin is erg mooi groen met diverse zitmogelijkheden. Fijne zithoek met grote tv + Netflix en goed wifi/internet. Ook een leuke pelletkachel om de woonkamer te verwarmen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten in de Ardennen.

In de woonkamer is beperkt natuurlijk daglicht doordat er slechts een keukenraam is. De 2e slaapkamer heeft een kleiner tweepersoonsbed (140) zonder leeslampen. Er ontbreekt helaas een bezem (of stofzuiger). Extra toilet boven had praktisch geweest.

er was geen droogrek en bezem aanwezig. En de armleuning kwam steeds van de muur.

Wij hadden er

Goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen. Tip feeën wandeling in de buurt van brouwerij Achouffe. De mensen van de wachtdienst van air bnb hebben ons goed geholpen.

De Pellet kachel viel steeds uit🙁. Deze moest worden gereinigd met een aszuiger maar deze was stuk. Er werd een nieuw toestel gebracht, samen met twee elektrische vuurtjes door de mensen van Ardennes Bnb. De elektrische vuurtjes waren dan ook welkom. Hetcwas blijkbaar ook niet de eerste keer dat dit gebeurde. De eigenaar zal dit toestel eens grondig moeten laten nakijken!

Heel er plezierig

As-stofzuiger had geen kracht/was verstopt. Er was geen stoffer en of blik om iets op te ruimen. Tuinmeubilair en beloofde BBQ was er niet.
