About this house rental

This detached and inviting cottage in Wibrin is located in a quiet and natural environment. Here you can enjoy privacy and a beautiful view. The wood stove in the living room provides a pleasant atmosphere. The living room connects to the open kitchen and is equipped with a cozy sitting area and a dining table. Through the living room you can directly access the garden with open terrace, adjustable garden furniture, picnic table and barbecue. You also have access to the garden house with a foosball table and a covered terrace. Enjoy your vacation in the heart of the High Ardennes. Visit from this vacation home the highest point of Belgium with ski slopes and cross-country ski trails. Around Wibrin are no less than 11 nature reserves with unspoiled nature and beautiful hiking trails on wooded slopes and large valleys with magnificent panoramic views to discover. Children's families can spend pleasant hours in Houffalize, in the leisure center Houtopia and in the swimming pool Aqua l'O. Other attractions in the area are the Parc Chlorophylle in Doschamps, the safari park Monde Sauvage in Aywaille and the theme park Plopsa Coo. Troisvierges in Luxembourg can be reached within half an hour.

Een mooie werk beleefd in dit huis,mede ook door de omgeving.Het huis biedt veel,maar een zekeronderhoud nodig. Een groot minpunt was de stank veroorzaakt door de septic tank. Dit is bekend bij de eigenaar maar doeter niets aan. Jamme!

Prima huis, in prachtige omgeving met prachtig ver uitzicht. Heerlijke rust. Systeem over verwarming is wat verwarrend en anders dan gewend, maar verder heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Het huis is smaakvol ingericht en maakt een schone en verzorgde indruk. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Achter het huis ligt een enorme tuin, met een terras met tuinset en nog een aparte zithoek onder een overkapping. Omdat het huis op een heuvel ligt heb je prachtig uitzicht. In de omgeving is van alles te doen: gezellige stadjes, wandelroutes (ook vanaf de woning), musea, riviertjes en meren om te watersporten etc.etc. Zeker een aanrader dus. 2 minpuntjes: hoge elektriciteitskosten en geen mogelijkheid om wasmachine te gebruiken (foutieve informatie op de site).

Das Haus ist im Grund sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Elektroheizungen reichen aber keinesfalls aus um das komplette Haus zu beheizen. Im Bad und WC gibt es keine Heizkörper. Trotz ständig kaltem Haus haben wir reichlich Heizkosten bezahlen müssen. Der Kaminofen bringt leider auch nichts.

Echt een aanrader. Al meteen bij binnenkomst zie je meteen dat er alles prima en verzorgd uitziet. Ook op een Nederlands moderne stijl ingericht dus geen oubolligheid. Alles was naar wens: van keuken tot ruime woonkamer,badkamer en prima slaapkamers. We hebben erg genoten en ook veel gewandeld. Het huis ligt in een prachtige omgeving met vanuit het terras een geweldig uitzicht. Informatie over de omgeving was ook in ruime mate aanwezig. Fam Sonneville uit Weert
