Secure access to the complex. Quiet.It consists of 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one with 1 double bed, the other with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms (with window); one with hydromassage shower and one with bathtub.Kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, Nespresso coffee maker and juicer fully equipped.The cosy living room offers all comforts: sofa, armchair, table and chairs, pillows, blankets, board games, TV and private wifi.16m2 east-facing terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for your meals and two rocking chairs with cushions. Apartment was spacious, nicely furnished and clean, complex vert well cared for On line check in is a nightmare, did it three times, no response to emails asking for help, directions to apartment very poor, complex is large and confusing and only a general map given, instructions and guide in apartment was not in English, pool not accessed by the key provided and no sunbeds, had to take the one in the apartment and as we are a couple one of us had to sit on the ground. I would book again if another sunbed was provided and zap holidays was more user friendly

L'accueil à mon arrivée à l'agence. Il était juste passé 18:00 et la personne de l'accueil m'attendait. C'est très appréciable. Un peu plus de sérieux dans le check out. A notre arrivée il manquait deux essuies de vaisselle (directement mis à notre disposition par l'agence le lendemain). Un coussin de terrasse s'était envolé et se trouvait sur la terrasse du rez-de-chaussée . A notre départ il se trouvait toujours là bien que nous avions informé ZAP INVEST. Lors de notre départ avant d'utiliser l'aspirateur nous avons constaté que le réservoir ainsi que le filtre de l'aspirateur étaient remplis à ras bord. Nous avons dû tout nettoyer pour pouvoir utiliser l'aspirateur. Ceci aurait dû être constaté par le checker. Enfin l'appartement n'est pas localisé aussi proche de la plage, du port de La Duquesa et des commerces tel que mentionné dans l'annonce. Il faut chaque fois en voiture, ou même à pied, contourner la route nationale. La vue de la terrasse sur les voisins n'est pas idéale.
