About this apartment rental

Located in one of the most exclusive communities of San Luis de Sabinillas, surrounded by beautiful and peaceful tropical gardens, with 4 huge swimming pools (one of them open all year), 2 paddle tennis courts, is next to the Mercadona and everything type of services You can walk to the beach, Puerto de la Duquesa and the Sabinillas waterfront. The apartment has a magnificent terrace of 15m2, facing south, from which you can enjoy the panorama offered by the main pool of the complex.
The situation of the apartment makes the stay quiet and pleasant, since the whole apartment faces the interior of the Community, no more noise is heard than that of the birds.
The decoration has been carefully taken care of, in order to make the guest's stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment has free WIFI, 43 "TV, DVD with hundreds of movies, kettle, centralized air, coffee maker, sheets and towels, soap and everything you need for the kitchen. In addition there are several beach chairs and hammocks for use in the pool or on the beach, as well as several umbrellas to protect from the sun. We also offer several paddle blades and balls to practice paddle tennis on the slopes of the Community.
The garage is located next to the elevator that gives access to the floor, which makes access to it very comfortable.
San Luis de Sabinillas is a fishing town located in one of the last virgin areas of the Andalusian coast, its almost empty beaches, but with all the services, they make them the ideal place to spend some relaxing and pleasant days. In addition, its proximity to the Alcornonales Park greatly expands leisure opportunities. Getaways to Castellar de la Frontera, Jimena or Casares are a must. It is also advisable to walk through Puerto Banus, Marbella, visit Gibraltar or taste the magnificent cuisine of the renowned gastronomic corner of Benahavis.

    We stayed in this apartment for 9 weeks and had a very good experience even though we had a lot of rain which is very unusual for the area. The location is excellent, with supermarkets and restaurants just minutes away. La Duquesa Marina and the beach boardwalk, both with multiple dining options, are within a 15-minute walk.The apartment has a standard kitchen with essential cookware, 2 bathrooms (one with a small shower stall), and 2 bedrooms with ample storage. The living room is functional, although there is no dedicated dining table; we used the terrace table inside without issue. The underground parking space is very convenient.The host responds quickly to any questions or concerns.

    Our stay at this apartment was excellent. Everything from the check in system to the decor and comfort was first class. If I had to make a slight criticism it would be that if TV is a priority for you, be aware it is only Spanish Channels that are available

    Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas. El apartamento muy limpio y perfectamente equipado. La urbanizacion, un privilegio, enclavada en el pueblo de San Luis de Sabinillas, tienes al alcance todos los comercios, la playa a 5 minutos andando, el mercadona tambien muy cerca. Casi no hemos tenido que coger el coche. Lo que mas nos ha gustado es la tranquilidad y el silencio que se respira en el Residencial. La terraza nos ha proporcionado unas veladas maravillosas. Agradecer al propietario, Jose Luis, todas sus atenciones. Sin duda, un apartamento, que seguro, no tardaremos en volver.

    After spending a few days in this apartment, I’ll have no doubt, We’ll return here next year. It’s a stunning apartment oriented to the South. It has a 15 m2 roofed outdoor terrace from where you can see the main swimming pool as well as the lush tropical gardens. This terrace has a table, 4 chairs and a few hammocks and umbrellas to take to the beach and to the swimming pool. The owner, Jose Luis, is a very nice and thoughtful man. He is always available if you have any problem. He sent to us the GPS position of the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet urbanisation. It is a large private uncrowded area where you can book easily the paddle tennis courts. Also, you can find a parking space for your car easily in the streets. The sorrounding area has breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. The waiters of the beach bars are lovely. They serve you quickly and they have low prices. Finally, in contrast to Cadiz, here, in San Luis de Sabinillas, you’re safe from both West and East winds.

    Mi marido y yo hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en este apartamento. José Luis fantástico, puntual, siempre atento a que todo estuviera perfecto. Nos mandó una ubicación al móvil para que llegásemos al Residencial sin problemas. El apartamento, nuevo, impecable, limpio y decorado con gusto. Incluso nos encontramos con un pack de bienvenida compuesto por una botella de vino, agua embotellada, dosis de café Senseo(se agradece), varias bolsitas de Té, bollitos, mantequilla, mermelada y aceite en porciones individuales. También nos dejó sábanas y toallas y para la playa, sillas y sombrillas. La terraza nos encantó, soleada hasta después de mediodía, íntima, sin ruidos, sin alborotos, pasamos muchas horas leyendo al sol en unas pequeñas hamacas que proporciona el apartamento. Las comidas también las hicimos allí. Aunque nosotros no jugamos al pádel también había dos raquetas y varias paletas. La ubicación del apartamento genial, el Mercadona super cerca, incluso José Luis nos aconsejó varios restaurantes muy cerca del apartamento que fueron un acierto, bien de precio, atentos y con una comida fabulosa. La playa se encuentra a escasos 400 metros, sin embargo, José nos volvió a aconsejar varias playas paradisiacas a escasos 5 minutos en coche que fueron una gozada, a fin de noviembre todavía estaba abierto el chiringuito y aparcar en el mismo chiringito al lado del comienzo de las tablas a la playa no tiene precio. El hecho de tener aparcamiento al ladito del ascensor también se agradece. Como final de esta exposición, decir que fue una pena que en estas fechas la piscina principal no estuviera abierta aunque durante todo el año al menos siempre hay una disponible. Sobre visitas decir que fuimos al pueblo antiguo de Castellar de la Frontera, muy bonito y cuidado y pudimos almorzar un fabulosa comida a base de setas y carnes de la zona. En fin, un apartamento totalmente recomendable.
