Enjoy our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths end unit townhome with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and amazing views of the Gulf and the Sound. Just a short walk across the street to the beach and a fantastic walking and bike trail right out the front door. Begin your relaxation, kick up your feet and unwind on our white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The master bedroom has walkout balcony with views of the gulf and is equipped with a King size bed and in the guest room there is a king bed and a walkout balcony with amazing views of the Santa Rosa Sound waterway.
This property features a fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, beautiful wood floors through out, linens, washer/dryer, outside shower, single car carport, wireless, cable, patio chairs and umbrella. New large sun deck off the dining room with chaise lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the sun, patio table and chairs. You are sure to enjoy relaxing on any one of the 3 private balconies while listening to the sound of the crashing waves or enjoying the peaceful night breeze. Navarre Beach will truly be your vacation of choice after staying with us at Pelican's Roost.

Loved this quiet place close to the beach access. Beach was never crowded (even July 4 weekend), and the water is beautiful. Easy walk across the street. All outside decks have been redone really well. New floors throughout and new kitchen. We cooked several nights. AC is amazing! Master bedroom mattress REALLY needs to be replaced.

We had a wonderful stay! Only hiccup was the night we got there…the beds were not made…so it looked like the beds hadn’t been cleaned. Kinda made the vacation a little stressful for the first night. Communication was great though and it was all fixed by the next afternoon. Would definitely stay again! Great location!

A great place in quiet Navarre Beach! Great location with the walking/bike path right out front and beach access very close. The townhouse was very clean and well-stocked with kitchenware etc.

Enjoyed the townhouse. Bad things were: upstairs toilet ran if you didn't shake handle, 2nd bathtub had drain problems,living room furniture not too comfy, kinda musty smelling upon entering, needed cookie sheet in kitchen. Lots of stairs to climb. Good things: close to beaches, enjoyed decks, nice kitchen, Master mattress great.
