Fantastic sea view and the direct swimming opportunities

The stairs are more than expected but worth the view :) The shower/bath and hot water supply could be renewed.

Fantastic place and host! We had beautiful time there in spring. Your own secluded beach, fireflies at night, very romantic for the couples that want to find their Italian oasis. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy your meals watching ships and coast lights in the distance. Host was wonderful very nice to talk to and really helpful! Lots of space. The 100 steps stairsare it's own attraction, we didn't mind it at all :-)

When we were there (may) the bar in vicinity was not open yet so you have to remember to have everything you need before heading home from the time in the city. There was a bit of noise of renovation going on, but we didn't mind it that much.

Waking up to an oceanview and the sound of the waves is a dream. House was clean and comfortable, with bathroom and kitchen well equipped, if interested in cooking. Restaurant downstairs with friendly staff, while under renovation, they still provided us with nice dinner and espresso as requested. Amelia was very nice and made checking in a breeze. I recommend using the paid parking lot nearby. Travel light, you will need to bring your luggage, up the never-ending stairs, to the road at checkout.

the views to the sea and beach and absolutely beautiful, sleeping with the balcony doors open at night you can hear only the ocean. the beach it quiet and small really relaxing -I fell in love with this location and Bruno the owner was fantastic with communications and logistics

the stairs from the top of the mountain down can be a bit challenging, pack light! also I would highly recommend renting a scooter, bicycle or bike to get around a bit easier but bus stop is at the top of the hill well located if you get your timing right!
