Close to the airport, very smooth check in and nice rooms. Good for 1-2 nights between flights. Area was local and calm, with affordable small stores, breakfast places, restaurants etc.
The sink and shower had so little water pressure that it’s a problem. A decent shower before flying is importantly

Great location for the airport, really friendly staff.
When we arrived, there wasn't any running water. Not the accommodations fault, as works were being done on the aqueduct. However, we would have expected to have been informed before arriving to have had the opportunity to change our booking. Fortunately the water did come on later!

My experience at this hotel was amazing. I stayed here during a layover before a 6:00 AM departure the next day. The highlight was definitely the taxi service they provided; communication was seamless and constant. My main concern in Bogotá was security, and their service made me feel safe and comfortable during my short stay. Another huge plus was that they allowed me to check in at 10:00 AM, which really set them apart from other options. The hotel itself was quiet, spotless, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The location was good - near the airport and a great bakery that serves the best breakfasts around the corner.
Th accommodation itself is very basic but for the price it was a fair deal.
There is hot water available which I appreciated.
Be aware that there is no window to the outside world.
Gildardo was quite rude and aggressive when I suggested that he had wrongfully charged me an extra 50000 pesos when it is clearly advertised that there is a free shuttle from the airport to his accommodation.
I was very tired and said I would show him proof the next day. Which I did and at the same time and for the sake of peace I offered to pay 50000 pesos for him to take me back to the airport the next day which of course he agreed to do and then was as nice as pie as he drove me to the airport, no doubt worried that he would get a bad review.
