Bababuy Hostel

Great location. Close to airport. Host is very cool and helped me in a pinch. I messed up my plane tickets and had to leave early for airport to fix dates and time but had no data on my phone and I could not make phone call to get taxi. This was at 3am and host was awake having coffee in lounge. Host called a taxi personally for me while I scurried to gather my things and make it to airport .. without hosts help I would have not been able to get to airport in time considering how early is was in the morning. Almost felt like a hangout club.. lots of people watching the soccer math downstairs. I felt safe and welcomed.

Actually everything , the hostel thought about everything for their guest, from security, making everything comfortable for their guest , many places to sit and relax , tumbs up for camillo and also the owner for this great hostel , I'll come back again one day

The hostel was simple, clean and comfortable. Hot water in the shower, perfect location for a night before a flight out of Bogota.

Sadly I was a little disappointed in the attitude of the staff member in the morning. I don't want to give a completely bad review for customer service because the man who checked me in was lovely and very helpful. But in the morning the man working was very unnecessarily rude. This is my 5th time in Colombia and I have only ever had exceptional experiences from the hospitality here. This was my first bad experience in Colombia so it is sad to leave my trip with this experience. But we all have bad days so I hope for him that his day improves. It's just a shame to have such a bad attitude towards customers.
