Nice and quiet location with beautiful view. Clean rooms with own bathroom, spacious livingroom. Easy communication with the owners.

A spacious house, suitable for up to 12 persons. We were 7 adults and 3 children and had a great time. The living room is so big, that the children could play football in it. The kitchen well equipped, with dishwasher, which is very usefull for such a big family. The lake is in walking distance. We will return for sure.

Lovely place, I wish we could stay longer. Superb for a company of 10-12. Great host.

First of all, the location is very close to the lake. (1,5 KM) For sure you can walk this distance and it is a very pleasant area. I really like that the house is a quiet place but also allowed us to play music until 4 AM. Hosts are awesome and very nice. Even though we've stayed in the first weekend of August, it was cold outside and the owner was more than nice to turn on the heat. We had a permanent contact with the hosts for any questions in regards to the property or even where is the best place nearby to buy a cake for one of our friends. The house has a big living room where you can stay late in the night with your friends or have an awesome breakfast all together. Kitchen is fully equipped and was very helpful for the 2 babies we had along. Rooms not very big but we didn't needed more (balconies are nice and on first floor is a big roof top). One thing you need to take into account is that on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with one bathroom (to reach the bathroom you need to go through all bedrooms). You should be aware of this aspect in case you will have some friends which consider this unappropriated (however is not a big thing that would negatively affect your stay). In the first bedroom there is a couch instead of a bed, no worries it is very comfy. TV's in all rooms and a big one in the living room + surround system. Outside there is a covered area with 2 barbecues (you don;t need to worry about the weather) and again another surround system so that you don't get bored while you are flipping those stakes. Next to this covered area there are 2 fire-pits (one can be used for a barbecue disc grill and the second for kettle in order to cook some GOULASH). In regards to cleanliness, we couldn't find any single piece of hair ...any trace of dust... no bad smells... barbecues were cleaned. Very rare you can find hosting that are so clean and invest so much time/effort/money to keep it neat and tidy.

Hard to find something what we didn't like. I would need to have some more visits to identify anything negative towards this house. I would definitely try in the winter time, the place should be beautiful covered with snow.
