The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie, Series by Marriott

The hotel is well located, near all of the shops and restaurants in Gun Hill but far enough that it is quiet. It is a 5 min walk. The food was excellent (breakfast and dinners) and had a good variety of Indian and international foods. Our room was not located in the main building but in an annex building. Our room was spacious and well-maintained.

While the room was very nice, the hallways looked like they needed some upkeep and less clutter from random chairs and tables that seems to be part of overflow from other areas

The property used to be organised however now it is highly disorganised. They charging 16k to 22 k for a room per night. But they don’t give proper service even after arriving it took more than 40 minutes for my room to be ready. Plus, they are applyin marketing strategies and overloading but there is no space to eat when dinner and lunch is given in the accommodation deal. The Resturant staff and space is very poorly organised plus Ankit and Suresh are not ready to help if you ask for less spicy food or food just with black pepper due to dietary restrictions.

Plus you need to enter inside the lane to reach there and walking to the mall Road is full of street dogs in front of the lane close to the hotel. Very bad and suffocated lane and entry. Too Much of salt put in chicken curry after good 40 hours of waiting.
