It was just perfect!

Good
Location. Property is just few minutes walk to the lake promenade with lots of bars and restaurants. A big supermarket is nearby as well. Parking next to the property. Area looks pretty safe.
Definitely AirCon would be nice to have. Very noisy in the mornings. Little street, but lots of cars driving by.

Clean, comfortable, convenient
It is clean and cosy with great amenities. It is on the ground floor with a nice patio. The kitchen is spacious. We had extra blankets if we needed. It is an easy walk into town and to the lake front. We had parking directly out front on the street. Annalisa was communicative and gracious, even when I changed our arrival time.
Unlike most Italian doors, the door to the apartment is wooden with just one basic lock -- so just a bit less secure, but probably not a problem because it's a small town.
