Very good location, room was very clean and big but would have been better if it had attached bathroom for the price. Either way very good for if are looking to explore patan, everything walkable distance.

Super friendly staff, easy to communicate with, spacious room, comfortable bed and really good value for money.
Maybe a little noisy in the early morning due to being right next to a Stupa where worshipper's will pray in the morning. But not all rooms are facing the Stupa and others are quiet.

Nice location, just in front of Ashok Stupa!
The room is cozy, the shelf was very useful.
The owner is very helpful too!
It’s a bit taking time when I go to shared bathroom as it’s needed to be locked.
