Location was great with bus service outside the door! Shower was great, lovely pressure and invigorating. Host was helpful and engaging.

Beautifully renovated property with comfortable bedrooms, cosy sitting room and delicious breakfast. I stayed in a king room (room 7), which was spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I could have happily stayed longer and used it as a base to explore the area. It is near Goodwood, Chichester and the coast. The local pub (2 minutes walk down the road) was excellent and was an easy choice for supper. If I was back in the area, I would definitely book it again.
It is on a fairly busy road. The secondary glazing cut off the traffic noise brilliantly, but if it had been hotter and I wanted the window open it would have been a bit noisy.

Good breakfast, friendly host, great shower
For a hot night, there was traffic noise as we needed the window open. Room decor a bit tired/dusty.
